Your second-floor main living area offers open living space for easy entertaining and spending quality time together. Across your living room are french doors to your large screened in porch with almost invisible custom screens with stair access to the pool. You couldn't plan a better layout than this!

Inside on this second level there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a Queen Bed and the second bedroom has two Pyramid Beds which offer a Twin Bed over a Double Bed. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.

Your third floor offers a master suite with a King Bed. The master bathroom is stunning with a Jacuzzi-style tub, radiant-heat flooring and a rainfall showerhead. Off the master bedroom is a private open-air deck which overlooks the backyard pool area. The second bedroom on this level is a Junior Suite with a Queen bed.

The homeowner is offering four rollaway cots that can be placed according to what suits your needs during your stay.

Did we mention that this house is pet friendly? Dogs are welcome and if you didn't know, the beach just down the street is pet friendly during the hours before 11am and after 4pm. Please let your booking agent know what type of dog you are bringing. An additional $300 Pet Rent will be added to your reservation if you are bringing a dog.

The homeowners have some additional amenities such as a high chair and a pack and play. No need to pack these two bulky items in your car. Sheets and bath towels are also included in your stay along with beach towels. Blow Dryers, Tupperware, Beach Chairs, Beach Toys, lawn games, books, a Keurig and a Drip Coffee Maker. Also available is a baby gate, baby utensils and sippy cups. There is a beach wagon, pool floats and corn hole. Wow!

This property is rented through Coastline Realty in Cape May. There is an additional $1000 Security Deposit due on all reservations, a $850 Cleaning/Linen Fee and a $65 Processing Fee.

Pool is usually opened by Mid-May and closes end of September. The pool is not open during the winter/fall months.A pool fee of $250 is due for all stays when the pool is open.
