The half bath entry is from the dining room. The chef s kitchen is bright and has counter seating for visiting with the chef. A laundry room is next to the kitchen. It has full size washer and dryer plus a hanging & folding area in addition to plenty of supplies and cleaning equipment.

The back yard is awesome! There is a fenced in area that has a picnic table and grill. It also has a children s play area that has a swing set, fort and more. Beyond the fenced in area is a basketball net with concrete for easy dribbling. The parking area and a large yard that leads you to the covered fire pit with lots of comfortable seats. It has awesome views of the marsh and Spicer s creek, in addition to all of the shore birds you will see. This rental is perfect for families and also pet friendly. It is a short bike ride to the beach or shorter car ride to the beach or the Washington Street Mall with boutique shops and several restaurants.
